The Carlton on Madison Avenue is located in New York City, N.Y., four blocks south of the Empire State Building. Hotel Features. A three story lobby waterfall cascades over a photo of the original 1904 hotel while sun streams across the mosaic tiled floor from the 30 foot, Tiffany style domed skylight.
